Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations: 5–7 business days
- Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- A standard shipping fee of ₹79 applies for orders below ₹999.
- Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your order.
- Delays: While we partner with reliable couriers, unforeseen circumstances (weather, festivals, strikes) may cause slight delays.
Returns Policy
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened skincare or haircare products
- Sheet masks
- Clearance/sale items

Refunds
- Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Only defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at 📩 support@misuskin.com.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe return.
