Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Delivery Time:
    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
    • Other Locations: 5–7 business days
  • Shipping Charges:
    • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
    • A standard shipping fee of ₹79 applies for orders below ₹999.
  • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your order.
  • Delays: While we partner with reliable couriers, unforeseen circumstances (weather, festivals, strikes) may cause slight delays.

Returns Policy

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
    • Opened skincare or haircare products
    • Sheet masks
    • Clearance/sale items

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Only defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe return.
